Dr. Mr. Kunal Tiwari was awarded Best Poster prize at the MRS Fall meeting at Boston

Research activities with special emphasis on exploration of MXene as charge selective contacts performed under the framework of SENSATE were showcased at recently held MRS Fall meeting held between Nov. 27 to Dec. 2 at Boston Massachusetts USA by Dr. Mr. Kunal Tiwari post-doctoral researcher funded through the SENSATE.

He presented two posters titled “Molecular Dipole Assisted Tuning of Work Function in Ti3C2Tx/n-Si and Ti3C2Tx/p-Sb2Se3 Heterojunctions” and “Above Ambient Pressure Synthesis of Antimony Chalcohalide Semiconductors”. Dr. Mr. Kunal Tiwari was awarded the Best Poster prize for his poster titled “Molecular Dipole Assisted Tuning of Work Function in Ti3C2Tx/n-Si and Ti3C2Tx/p-Sb2Se3 Heterojunctions” presented by the 2D-MXene symposium organizers.
