20 Sep Maykel Jimenez Guera has been awarded by the European Commission within the VIPERLAB project
Last July the student’s proposal was accepted by the European Commission, within the VIPERLAB (FULLY CONNECTED VIRTUAL AND PHYSICAL PEROVSKITE PHOTOVOLTAICS LAB) project.
VIPERLAB is an EU-funded project bringing a network of Europe-based scientists and research organisations in Perovskite PV research to improve interconnections within European PV laboratories.
This selection will make it possible for the student to spend one month in CHOSE laboratory (CENTRE FOR HYBRID AND ORGANIC SOLAR ENERGY), this laboratory is located in Rome, Italy, within the Università di Roma Tor Vergata. The objectives of these stays will be found within work packed 2 in the SENSATE project. The innovative work that will be carried out will be to test the selective contacts developed at CHOSE for their perovskites in the new materials that are being investigated at UPC and also to test these new materials as selective contact for their perovskites, thus being able to open a new line of research for both laboratories.
VIPERLAB project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement N°101006715
